01The only way to reach us
Email: [email protected]. That is the sole public channel for this site. There is no phone line, no community account and no live chat widget.
We are a small editorial operation and replies are not always quick. If you are reporting a content error, we will check it and fix it where needed even if we do not write back — and the change will be logged on the corrections page.
02What to include
Name the page, the passage and what you think is wrong. If you have a source, include it. That makes verification far faster.
- Content errors: the page URL, roughly which passage, and the correct information or a source.
- Stale information: which platform, what changed, and where you saw it. Platform-side detail moves quickly, so this kind of report is especially useful.
- Topic suggestions: the question you actually searched for and could not find a decent answer to, in your own words.
- Republishing and translation: see section 04.
We have no ability and no authority to resolve account problems on any platform, to recover a lost seed phrase, or to retrieve stolen assets. Nobody can do those things, and anyone claiming otherwise is running a scam. See what happens when a seed phrase is lost and how wallets actually get drained.
03What we will never do
We never message you first; we never ask for a seed phrase, private key, verification code or account password; we never ask you to transfer anything to "verify assets"; and we never contact you through a third-party channel claiming to work here.
Treat these as identification criteria:
- This site replies only after you have written in, and only from the address above.
- Anyone calling themselves SeedKnot support who approaches you in a community or a direct message is not us.
- Any request for a seed phrase or private key, from anyone, is a scam. The single exception is you performing a restore you started yourself in a wallet application.
- We charge nothing and offer no paid services of any kind.
04Republishing and quoting
Non-commercial quotation and excerpting is fine with attribution and a link back, no need to ask. For full republication, commercial use or translation, please write first and say what you intend.
Two smaller notes: the diagrams on this site are programmatically generated and may be reproduced alongside quoted text; screenshots of web pages remain the copyright of the sites shown, so judge that use for yourself.
